Had a lovely afternoon in the hot tub looking on to the loch bliss. The reception staff were super helpful and made our stay more pleasant than expected.

The location is stunning, with breathtaking views over Loch Fyne. The restaurant serves delicious food, especially the steak, which was cooked to perfection. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. I enjoyed the spa area, although it felt a bit outdated and not entirely clean. There were issues with the room temperature. it got quite warm at night, which disrupted sleep. some of the bar service was slow, causing delays when ordering drinks. a lovely experience with a few bumps along the way that could use some attention.

We enjoyed a delightful birthday getaway. The breathtaking surroundings enhance the experience, especially from the spa area. Dining was exceptional. our dinner truly impressed with innovative dishes. For a sound sleep, request a room away from the kitchen area. Don’t miss the hot tub under the stars!

The location is stunning, with a amazing view over the loch. We enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and six-course tasting menu, which was sublime and nice. Plus, that gorgeous spa was the cherry on top!

Unfortunately, the shower in the room posed a challenge, frequently blasting out scalding hot water with little room for adjustment, and that really dampened the experience. I also found the pillows uncomfortably hard, leaving me sore in the morning. the noise from the service area outside proved disruptive in the early morning hours, especially with equipment clanging around before dawn. Despite enjoying the spa treatments, a lack of convenient evening bar food service soured our late-night plans after a long day.

This place was just an excellent fit for a passing visit in Inveraray with value for money. The bar staff were very friendly and made our drinks experience enjoyable before dinner. I recommend checking in early to avoid issues with your room.
